The rates listed include temporary membership to adjacent BHI Club AND Shoals Beach Club. Rates also include linens and departure clean.

Ferry tickets, parking and taxes are not included in these rates. As a convenience, roundtrip ferry tickets ($15 per adult, $8 per child age 3-12, and free for children under 3) and state and local resort taxes (13%) will be added to the total cost at time of reservation.

Parking is paid upon departure.

Please Note that during the Summer rental season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) Villa 20 is rented Sunday to Sunday.
